This is my third month of doing my monthly grocery haul but it is a little bit different now. For starters, I don't think I can really call it a once-a-month grocery haul anymore because I am allocating some budget to get leafy greens at the end of the month. This is why my haul items looks lesser than the previous two.
So usually I would eat most of my greens during the first and second week of the month. That means, I do not have leafy greens like kangkung and bayam at the end of the month and I noticed that I didn't feel my best. While I had veggies in the dishes that I mealprepped and froze, it simply wasn't enough for me. I also ate more meat, which I didn't really want to. This July, apart from the dried prawn, you can see that I did not buy any other seafood or meat.
This time, I plan to buy more bayam and kangkung for week 4 and maybe more mangoes XD
