Discover: August Edition of Jesselton Artisan Market, Kota Kinabalu

Last weekend, I had so much fun as a vendor at the Merdeka Edition of Jesselton Artisan Market! If you didn’t know, I don't only blog on this website...I also sell various items as well (not much but it is something). You can view all the items in the Shop tab or you can click here. So yeah, I decided that I wanted to try out having a pop-up store and it worked out. The star of the show was of course the hand-sewn Mesh Produce Bag as well as the Cotton Produce Bag. It took me about 2 months to prepare for this on top of my other commitments. If you have any skills in creating anything (art, food, etc.), then I encourage you to participate as a vendor. Make a little profit for yourself to keep as your savings while getting to know new friends. You might even improve your skills!

Question: Have you participated as a vendor at a market before? Let me know in the comments section below.

My two cousins, Finenna and Joceline, also worked part-time with me to take care of the booth and they did such a great job! We are planning to come back again on the 27th and 28th of October with better things so hopefully it gets approved. We didn't really take much pictures because we were too busy doing business.

Deanna taking an Instagram Story :p

I didn't expect the crowd to be this much! Both indoor and outdoor booths were filled with people.

Thank you to those who visited us :)

I should have taken asked my cousin to take more photos of the food as well because it was SO delicious (she took all these photos..nice kan?) ! I had to cue for cookies and burgers.

Thank you to all the people that shopped with us and we also thank you for your suggestions. Will improve in the future!
