Salmon Asparagus




Just currently craving this...

Ingredients:
Thai asparagus (a handful)
Salmon fillet
Avocado
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
1)  Marinate Salmon in salt & pepper to taste and pan fry with a little olive oil. Grill if you have a griller if you want...until well cooked.
2) Steam a handful of thai asparagus and just lightly sprinkle with salt or any seasoning you like.
3) Cut avocado in half and spinkle one half with brown sugar.
4) Serve


It's very simple and yummy!
