I'm Making Oatmeal



I've started eating oatmeal. I used to hate this, but that was before I discovered the power  of cinnamon powder, they are so amazing, to the point of me looking forward to it every night before going to sleep. Oatmeal and cinnamon for breakfast? Yes,YUM!

Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day, because your body basically goes into starvation mode when you are asleep, so you need to  boost up your metabolism in the morning. I find myself enjoying making breakfast the most, and I tend to eat more yummy stuff too during that time.

So,in this post I'm going to show you how I make my oatmeal :)

Ingredients:
Oatmeal//Semi-skimmed Milk//Water//1 Eggwhite

*The reason why I put eggwhite is because I like my oatmeal to be a little bit firmer, if you dont want to, you can just skip the ingredient.

Just cook the oatmeal together with water or milk or you can mix it as well. Find a consistency that you like and when its halfway cooking ass the eggwhite. Once the oatmeal is cooked together with the eggwhite, serve.
Eat it with your favorite toppings (Cinnamon, Sunflower  Seeds and Raisins for me!)
I tried adding Organic Molasses to my oatmeal but I couldn't accept the taste, threw it away.
